I don't buy it. Infinite time and space does not implicitly imply that every possible configuration can and will happen. There could be repetitions of similar patterns, some never being realised. Think of a fractal, the mandelbrot set for example. It is infinitely self-similar, but you will never see a cross-section of a brain in it.
